Obie Insurance Group is seeking a data analytics professional to join the Revenue Operations and Analytics team in Chicago. You will blend SQL, Python, BI storytelling, and insurance knowledge to drive data-driven decisions across departments and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop hypotheses to understand drivers of growth or stagnation.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports in Sigma BI tool.
• Align analytics needs across Growth, Product, Insurance, Finance, and Executives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.
• Perform data quality checks and dataset reconciliations.
• Act as a trusted data advisor across stakeholders.
