Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Foundever, you will support one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. — no cold calling required! This role operates in an inbound call center environment from your home. We provide paid training to prepare you for this new career.

Please ensure you have a distraction-free, quiet workspace during training and work hours.

What We’re Looking For
  • Reside in South Carolina
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 months of relevant work experience
  • Open availability during operating hours
  • Professional customer service skills
  • If residing within 75 miles of our onsite locations, an onsite role will be offered

Home Setup Requirements
  • Provided Equipment: Foundever will ship necessary equipment
  • Internet Requirements: Hardwired high-speed internet only; no wireless/5G internet
  • Work Environment: Quiet, distraction-free space required; webcam video will be needed during training and work; cannot be a primary caregiver during hours of operation
  • Device Requirements: Use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire) for initial training; equipment will be shipped later. Cell phones are not permitted during training
