Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Foundever, you'll support one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., with no cold calling involved! This role is based in an inbound call center environment from your home. Paid training will prepare you for this new career path.

Note: A distraction-free, quiet workspace is essential during training and work hours.

What We’re Looking For
  • Must reside in Missouri
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 6 months relevant work experience
  • Open availability during operating hours
  • Professional customer service skills
  • If residing within 75 miles of on-site locations, onsite roles may be available

Home Setup Requirements

  • Internet Requirements: Hardwired high-speed internet only; wireless/5G not permitted
  • Work Environment: Quiet, distraction-free space; webcam required during training and work; cannot be a primary caregiver during hours
  • Device Requirements: Own computer or tablet needed for initial training; cell phones not allowed during training
