Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer contacts professionally
  • Use knowledge base to answer questions and sell products
  • Understand customer needs and resolve issues
  • Research and coordinate with departments to resolve issues
  • Use systems to manage accounts and document orders accurately
  • Follow scripts, policies, and ensure confidentiality
  • Escalate issues as needed
  • Attend training and meetings to stay updated
  • Maintain attendance and schedule adherence

Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Typing speed 20+ WPM
  • Basic MS Office and Windows knowledge
  • Reliable with good attendance
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • 1+ year experience in customer service or related fields
