Brauns Agency – State Farm is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This service-focused role centers on taking care of our existing customers, solving problems, and ensuring they have someone they can count on.

As we grow, you’ll build strong customer relationships, assist with policy changes, billing, and account needs, and help customers understand their coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with attention to detail and dependable follow-through.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service or insurance experience preferred, but not required.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain Texas insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for existing customers.
• Assist with policy changes, billing, documentation, and account needs.
• Help customers understand their policies and coverage.
• Assist with claims questions and next steps.
• Process and follow up on service requests.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation.
• Identify changing customer needs or coverage gaps that should be reviewed.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to retention.
