Brauns Agency – State Farm in Texas seeks a dependable, organized Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for existing customers and support policy changes, billing, and account needs.

You will help customers understand their policies, answer claims questions, and process service requests, while maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to retention as the agency grows.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain applicable Texas insurance licenses.
