You will help customers understand their policies, answer claims questions, and process service requests, while maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to retention as the agency grows.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain applicable Texas insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers.

• Assist with claims questions and next steps.
