TrueHeritage Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a well-established insurance agency in the Lake Suzy area. The role focuses on servicing personal and commercial insurance lines with emphasis on client relationships and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License and has at least one year of experience in personal and commercial insurance, plus strong communication and organizational skills. On-site position in Lake Suzy, FL.

Qualifications

• Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience servicing personal and commercial insurance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.
• Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and coverage questions.
• Process certificates of insurance, binders, policy documentation, and other insurance-related paperwork.
• Support both personal and commercial lines accounts.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy updates and client requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
