Job summary

Jensen Beach Insurance, a Florida-based independent agency, is seeking a 4-40 licensed Insurance Agent/CSR with at least one year of insurance experience to join our team. The role focuses on quoting personal lines with multiple carriers and delivering exceptional client service.

You will generate quotes, process endorsements, renewals, and policy changes, while supporting agency growth through strong relationship-building and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License.
• Minimum 1 year of insurance agency experience.
• Experience quoting personal lines policies with multiple carriers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Quote personal lines insurance policies (homeowners, auto, flood, umbrella).
• Service existing accounts and respond to client inquiries.
• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes.
• Review coverage options and provide recommendations based on client needs.
• Follow up on quote opportunities and agency leads.
• Cross-sell and round out accounts when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Work with multiple carriers to secure competitive coverage options.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships.
