Patel Insurance Agency in Brooklyn, OH is seeking an Account Associate to acquire new customers and help existing clients identify coverage gaps, focusing on life and health insurance conversations. The role includes working with a steady stream of leads and an existing book of roughly 3,400 households.

You will earn a $40,000 base salary plus commissions, with typical first-year earnings around $70,000 and top performers reaching $90,000.

Qualificações

• Sales experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to help families protect what matters.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to obtain required Ohio Property, Casualty, Life and Health licenses.
• Hybrid work setup with leads provided and an established customer base.

Responsabilidades

• Contact new leads promptly, follow up consistently, and convert requests into new business.
• Conduct needs-based reviews and recommend life, health, auto, home and other products.
• Grow relationships with existing customers and expand coverage.
• Handle service calls and identify additional needs during conversations.
• Assist customers with initiating claims and policy changes.
