Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned office; hybrid work model
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with travel expenses covered by West Monroe
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing processes and technology to support business value and efficiency across functions
• Support business owners in designing and improving processes using data, automation, or AI
• Participate in client workshops to define future-state business requirements
• Assist with detailed requirements gathering and project deliverables
• Develop client-ready communications and support project plans
• Collaborate with engagement management to reduce project risk
• Support business development through proposals and tools development
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and provide data-driven recommendations
