Job summary

West Monroe in the United States is seeking a Consulting Intern for their CIO Advisory Practice. You will work with CIOs and technology leaders to help align technology strategies with business priorities, develop operating models, and quantify value.

You will collaborate with client teams to gather requirements, build analytical frameworks, and develop decision-ready deliverables while applying AI tools to speed research and insights in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Minimum GPA not specified in the HTML; candidates should meet basic eligibility.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and West Monroe teams to understand clients’ business priorities, technology environments, processes and operating models, and future-state needs through interviews, documentation review, data analysis, and workshops.
• Capture and synthesize client and team discussions, identifying key findings, implications, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, technology, process, service, and solution requirements to support assessments and future-state designs.
• Assess technology capabilities, operating models, investments, services, and transformation opportunities to identify gaps and implications for clients.
• Define KPIs and value measures, including data sources, calculations, validation approaches, and methods for tracking outcomes.
• Support development of analytical frameworks and quantitative analyses by defining data requirements and evaluating costs, benefits, risks.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to answer client questions: collect, organize, cleanse, and analyze data; develop business cases and value assessments; identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate to develop storyboards and communicate concepts clearly, translating analysis into deliverables.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate research and improve quality of deliverables while validating outputs.
