West Monroe is seeking Banking Consulting Interns to join our Banking Practice and gain hands-on exposure to strategy, transformation, and delivery initiatives in financial services.

As a Banking Consulting Intern, you will work across Commercial, Retail, Banking Technology and AI Enablement, and Wealth Management segments, applying analytical skills and collaborating with partners to deliver insights. The role offers a hybrid work model and real client exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028
• We request and review official transcripts prior to start
• Eligible candidates reside within 50 miles of assigned office and can travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Apply personal and corporate knowledge to tailor solutions and build partnerships for clients
