You will work across business, technology, and management consulting engagements, gaining exposure to multiple facets of the industry as you begin your consulting career. The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and applying AI tools to generate insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reside within 50 miles of your assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation.

Responsibilities

• Apply personal and corporate knowledge to tailor solutions and build partnerships, empowering clients to gain competitive advantage in their markets.
• Support business and technology executives to solve key challenges within the financial services industry early on in your career through research, analysis, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Gain exposure to one or more of the following segments: banking, FinTech, and related technologies.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs.
• Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes.
