Job summary

Premier Trailer Leasing is seeking an Insurance Compliance Coordinator to ensure customer COIs meet company standards, coordinate with branches, and support risk management. You will maintain documentation, participate in audits, and drive continuous improvement in insurance processes.

Ideal candidates are highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication. Familiarity with JIRA and GP is a plus; this on-site role offers growth in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, risk management, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of insurance administration, compliance, risk management, or related experience.
• Experience reviewing commercial certificates of insurance preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and workflow systems (e.g., JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Review COIs for accuracy and compliance with company requirements.
• Identify deficiencies and communicate corrections to branches.
• Coordinate with branches to obtain corrected certificates promptly.
• Maintain records and monitor compliance status.
• Conduct insurance compliance audits and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Credit and Legal on insurance requirements and exceptions.
• Provide training and guidance on insurance documentation.
• Prepare reports on compliance metrics and process performance.
