• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate cross functionally to maintain current insurance files.
• Maintain physical files, imaging system, and Aspire system.
• Prepare and send insurance requests, demand letters, and default letters.
• Follow up with customers, sales force, and agents to ensure current certificates.
• Review files to ensure certificates meet company requirements.
• Process renewals and cancellations for incoming correspondence.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Assist in maintenance and imaging of loan, credit, and notice documents.
• Cross-train with customer service to resolve inquiries.
