  • Analyze incident, claims, and loss data to identify trends and provide recommendations for policy, process, and operational enhancements.
  • Review contracts and agreements for insurance, indemnification, waiver of subrogation, and contractual risk transfer provisions in partnership with Legal.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to insurance, claims, and risk management activities.
  • Maintain accurate insurance records, certificates of insurance, claims documentation, and risk-related reporting.
  • Prepare and present risk management, claims, and insurance program updates to executive leadership.
  • Develop and track KPIs related to claims performance, premium spend, loss trends, reserve development, and risk mitigation effectiveness.
  • Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to support operational decision-making and cost containment initiatives.
  • Support acquisitions, integration activities, and operational expansion initiatives from a risk management and insurance perspective.
