Job summary

Acuity Insurance is seeking a Product Analyst - Compliance to ensure our products and services remain compliant with laws, regulations and court decisions, while understanding customer expectations.

This exempt, full-time role located in the United States involves reviewing forms, endorsements, filings, and rates for compliance; monitoring regulatory changes; supporting regulatory submissions via SERFF; and partnering with underwriters and product teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or extensive applicable experience.
• Relevant experience in property/casualty insurance or equivalent with interest in compliance.
• Experience with insurance department filings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review forms, endorsements, notices, rates, and rules for new and existing products to ensure compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and evaluate implications for products and filings.
• Support regulatory change management and submissions to regulators.
• Reconcile compliance data and assist in preparing submissions to statistical agents and regulators.
