Responsibilities

• Handle insurance collections and posting of payments.
• Maintain spreadsheets and internal tracking systems.
• Assist the Executive Administrator/Office Manager with projects.
• File and maintain physical and digital records.
• Answer phones and communicate with warmth and professionalism.
• Ensure HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines are followed.
