Aftermath Services seeks a high-energy Collections Manager to lead a four- to five-person team focused on collecting receivables from insurance carriers for bio-remediation projects and from self-pay customers. The role requires direct insurance collections experience and a track record of improving collection performance.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in insurance-payor remediation/restoration collections.
• 5+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit and collections management.
• Demonstrated experience supervising, coaching, and developing a team.
• Working knowledge of remediation/restoration services and insurance-related billing and receivables.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of Collection Representatives.
• Own collections performance and oversee daily collection activities.
• Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce aging receivables and improve cash flow.
• Oversee follow-up on insurance-related receivables and disputed payments.
• Develop reports measuring collection performance and provide updates to leadership.
