Job summary

Aftermath Services is seeking a high-energy Collections Manager to lead, develop, and manage the Collections team focused on collecting receivables from insurance carriers for bio-remediation projects and from self-pay customers. The ideal candidate has direct insurance collections experience and a proven track record of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit and collections management.
Direct experience in insurance-payor remediation/restoration collections with carriers/adjusters.
Demonstrated experience supervising, coaching, and developing a team.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and develop a team of four to five Collection Representatives.
Set performance expectations, goals, and department objectives.
Monitor productivity and performance through regular reporting and reviews.
Own collections performance and oversee daily collection activities to ensure timely follow-up.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce aging receivables and improve cash flow.
