Job summary

Superior Insurance Partners LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service professional to support our commercial and personal lines team from our Rockville, Indiana office. You will handle high-volume calls, verify client needs, quote endorsements, issue certificates, and assist with renewals while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of client service experience in insurance, hold a Property and Casualty license, and are proficient with AMS360 or

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of client service experience in insurance.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls
• Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
• Quoting, endorsements, certificates and contribute to the renewal process
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
