ROCS Grad Staffing is seeking a customer service professional for a specialized insurance agency. This role offers full training to earn your Property & Casualty license, with a clear advancement path into account management.

You will be joining a specialized insurance operation that moves away from the traditional, once-a-year renewal model to build deep, ongoing relationships with business leaders. We are looking for a high-touch service professional who is ready to build a career in a niche, growing agency. No prior insurance experience is required; we provide full training and will cover all costs for your pre-licensing education and exam as you earn your Property & Casualty license.
