Job summary

HUB International in Mishawaka, IN seeks an Associate Account Manager to deliver excellent client service on insurance, billing, and administrative questions. You will process requests, triage inquiries, and maintain relationships while upholding agency standards. A Property/Casualty license or the ability to obtain within 90 days is required.

You will support a profitable Personal Lines book, handle routine service tasks, and escalate complex issues to the Team Lead or Producer as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid Property/Casualty license required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and handle callbacks promptly.
• Receive incoming calls regarding billing questions, basic policy inquiries, endorsement requests, and other routine service needs.
• Act as triage point, connecting clients with the appropriate party when matters fall outside the scope of this role.
• Process client endorsement requests following agency standards and procedures, escalate coverage questions or complex changes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agency clientele to ensure service needs are met.
• Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication to clients.
