Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service and tailoring risk solutions.
• Ability to educate clients, carriers and underwriters with recommendations.
• Strong organizational and data-entry skills for client records.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests from clients and carriers, inform and educate customers.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, negotiate with carriers and prepare proposals.
• Provide coverage recommendations and ensure data accuracy in the agency system.
• Upsell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain proper file documentation.
