You will support sales and service teams, tailor personal risk solutions, and work within our agency management systems to maintain accurate client data.

• Determine coverage acceptability and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Update client information in the agency management system.
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
• Provide effective customer service with the sales team.
• Follow policies and procedures; ensure quality control and maintain confidentiality.
