Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a passionate, people-oriented service professional to deliver outstanding insurance and risk management customer service to clients. You will support clients by educating, recommending solutions, and handling policy processes with carriers and underwriters.

You will work with a team of sales professionals, receive hands-on training and mentorship, and contribute to a growing client-centric culture.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming service requests from customers and carriers.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, including presenting materials and gathering client information.
• Provide coverage recommendations and placement analyses.
• Maintain accurate client data in the agency management system.
• Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in collaboration with the sales team.
