Responsibilities

• Handle service requests from customers and carriers, educating and advising clients.
• Market new and renewal insurance by coordinating with carriers and preparing proposals.
• Analyze coverage needs and provide recommendations for better or additional coverage.
• Update and maintain client data in the agency management system.
• Identify and act on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
• Ensure timely, accurate customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.
