DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) in a hybrid role across New Jersey and New York to drive client satisfaction, revenue growth, and successful delivery of Insurance Industry engagements.

You will partner with client partners, delivery leaders, project managers, and account teams to ensure value realization and renewals, while maintaining governance and performance KPIs. The CSM will build trusted client relationships, coordinate resources, and advocate for client

Qualifications

• Experience in client success, account management, or related roles within Insurance.
• Proven ability to drive renewals, revenue growth and client satisfaction.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CES delivery activities across assigned accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, contract performance, and profitability.
• Coordinate with delivery, project management and account teams to ensure quality, budget, and on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, pipeline development, and contract renewals.
• Build trusted client relationships by understanding objectives and aligning DXC capabilities.
• Assist with financial governance, including revenue forecasting and contract margin performance.
• Represent the voice of the client in CES and address concerns with cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain account governance, service reviews, and KPI tracking.
