Job summary

Risk Placement Services (EM Benefits, now part of RPS) is seeking an Existing Business Coordinator to support broker relations by servicing existing business accounts in a collaborative team environment.

You will handle eligibility changes, assist with billing and claim inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service to clients, brokers, and marketing representatives. This role blends data-driven insurance solutions with client-first service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• General data entry skills required.
• Life & Health License preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation software required.
• Insurance background preferred.
• Excellent phone personality and ability to deal with people.
• Ability to compose clear and concise letters is required.
