Job summary

Risk Placement Services (RPS) is hiring a Producer to drive new business growth by developing and managing a portfolio of clients across a national remote footprint. You will identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and deliver customized insurance solutions aligned with client objectives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and proven experience in insurance sales and business development, preferably wholesale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in insurance sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the wholesale space.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, risk management, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or industry segments and develop strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Collaborate with underwriters and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about market trends, conditions, and competitor activities to advise clients.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the professional network.
