Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Existing Business Coordinator to support broker relations and service existing accounts in a collaborative team environment. You will process eligibility changes, assist with billing and claim inquiries, and deliver strong customer service to clients, brokers, and marketing representatives.

We value data entry accuracy, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent communication. A Life & Health license is preferred or obtainable, with preference for insurance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• General data entry skills required.
• Life & Health License preferred (or ability to obtain).

About You

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• General data entry skills required.
• Life & Health License preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation software required.
• Insurance background preferred.
• Excellent phone personality and ability to deal with people.
• Ability to compose clear and concise letters is required.
