Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in customer service, underwriting, or risk management in insurance.
• Licensing: Active Property Casualty license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Insurance principles to consult with clients and meet strategic needs.

Responsibilities

• Understand client operations and exposures to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Consult with team for pre-renewal meetings and development of client opportunities.
• Market renewal policies and negotiate with underwriters.
• Review quotes for accuracy and prepare proposals for clients.
• Ensure client information and carrier items are accurate and current.
• Prepare renewal documents and save to agency management system.
