Holmes Murphy in Salt Lake City is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Property Casualty team. You will prepare certificates, process invoicing, and coordinate policy changes to ensure accurate, timely client service.

The role emphasizes proactive communication and efficient workflows using our agency systems, with a high school diploma and 0–1 year of related experience. Property Casualty license or ability to obtain within three months is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 0–1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Licensing: Active state Property Casualty Insurance license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
• Technical: Understanding insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their needs; use agency systems to ensure compliance.
