Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an Insurance Client Services Associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients and support the placement and renewal of accounts across P&C and Life & Health lines.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling in AMS360, strong communication, multitasking, and adherence to licenses (P&C and/or L&H). The position offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service.
• Manage the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across P&C and Life & Health lines.
• Assist with gathering underwriting information and preparing submission materials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the AMS360 agency management system.
• Collaborate with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal stakeholders to support client needs.
