Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an Administrative Associate to support Client Managers with insurance transactions and to keep client records accurate in the agency system. The role involves coordinating with carriers, helping develop RFPs, and assembling client materials.

You will work with Client Executives on service needs, maintain digital files, and assist with benefits documents, data analysis, and compliance tasks as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, basic insurance exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated accuracy in handling data and documents.
• Comfort with Excel and standard office software for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Managers with processing insurance transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date account information in the agency system.
• Request and track information from carriers as needed.
• Support development of formal RFPs and related documents.
• Collaborate with Client Executives on transactional needs.
• Assemble client information packets and benefits summaries.
• Ensure updated digital client files are maintained.
• Assist with benefits guides and wrap documents when needed.
• Analyze data and spreadsheets for internal/client use.
• Support document management, compliance checks, and reporting.
• Identify and communicate administrative issues promptly.
• Support other projects and duties as assigned.
