Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC in Lindon, UT is seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients and manage submission materials and renewals.

You will work with producers and senior managers to handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and routine service tasks, while maintaining AMS360 records and building strong carrier relationships for competitive quotes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance or customer service.
• Active P&C or L&H insurance license required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and provide prompt service.
• Manage placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners.
• Assist with gathering underwriting information and preparing submission materials.
• Maintain carrier relationships to secure quotes and solutions for clients.
• Support renewal and retention of accounts via proactive service and relationship management.
• Maintain accurate records in the AMS360 system.
• Collaborate with Producers and Senior Client Managers to address client needs and process policy changes.
