Job summary

The role also supports Producers and Senior Client Managers, maintaining AMS360 records and handling routine service tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance or customer service.
• Active P&C Insurance License or L&H Insurance License.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service.
• Manage the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners.
• Assist with gathering underwriting information and preparing submission materials.
• Maintain strong carrier relationships to secure competitive quotes and solutions for clients.
• Ensure renewal and retention of accounts through proactive service and relationship management, and maintain accurate records in AMS360.
• Collaborate with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal stakeholders to support client needs; handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other routine service items.
