Job summary

Insurance Lady Agency, LLC in Austin, TX seeks a Client Service Specialist to manage and nurture relationships with our existing client base, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and driving satisfaction and retention.

You will collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, and Operations to resolve account and policy issues, assist with renewals, and identify cross-selling opportunities while handling high volumes of calls and emails.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required upon hire in TX or other listed states.
• Fast, accurate data entry with minimum 35 WPM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and trust through proactive communication and responsive service.
• Identify cross-selling, upselling, and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Address and resolve complex client, account, and policy issues efficiently and accurately.
• Support the full policy renewal lifecycle to maximize account retention.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client needs.
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and service requests professionally.
