Requirements

Candidates must have two or more years of experience in a customer-facing insurance role, deep familiarity with agency management systems, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, including the ability to explain complex policy information in plain, easy-to-understand language while directing coverage advice to licensed team members.
