Wes Parks Agency on the Mississippi Gulf Coast seeks a Licensed Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative to join a close-knit team. You will be the voice of the agency, supporting customers with their insurance needs while building lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate will have an active Property and Casualty license (licensing assistance provided) and prior office experience. Base pay ranges with opportunities to upsell and advance within a supportive, local agency.

We’re seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our close-knit team. In this role, you'll be the voice and face of our agency, supporting customers with their insurance needs while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

• Base pay: $14–$21 per hour, based on experience
