Mid-sized regional Independent Insurance Broker/Agency with offices in Oakland County, MI

About the Role

Commercial Lines Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience. Position is a hybrid work model, and requires a Property & Casualty insurance license, and individual will fully service an assigned book of business containing mid-large market customers, working with Producers, customers, carriers, and other internal and external partners.

• Market and place new and renewal business
• Communicate with clients regarding their policies

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in commercial lines within an independent insurance agency setting
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Strong team focus and ability to foster effective working relationships

Required and Preferred Skills

• Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management system
• Account Management within commercial insurance setting

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation package includes competitive salary up to $110k depending on experience, excellent benefit package inclusive of health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc. This position hybrid with a mix of in-office and remote work days.
