Job summary

Chubb Benefits is seeking a Service Consultant to join our high-energy team in delivering exceptional client experiences across assigned markets. You will act as the primary service representative for employer groups, managing in-force policies, enrollment processing, and policy changes after implementation.

Responsibilities include analyzing inquiries, coordinating with sales and internal partners, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn multiple systems.
• Ability to structure and manage work across multiple functions.
• Ability to influence and build consultative, trust-based relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to employer group inquiries; know policies, enrollment, billing, and processing.
• Serve as liaison between clients, sales partners and internal teams via service email for level 2+ tasks.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience Delivery teams to project manage complex or escalated service requests.
• Manage client expectations with concise status updates and timelines.
• Update policyholder and group records and related items.
• Project manage Salesforce Case workload and develop client rapport.
