Job summary

Chubb Benefits is seeking a Service Consultant to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. You will act as the primary service representative for markets assigned to Sales Agent Directors, post-implementation, handling inquiries, enrollment processing, policy information, and premium/billing administration.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience with voluntary benefit lifecycle and group benefits insurance preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to employer group inquiries, understand policy information and enrollment processing.
• Liaise between clients, sales partners and internal teams for level 2+ tasks.
• Coordinate complex service requests across departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage client expectations and communicate status clearly.
• Update policyholder and group records as needed.
• Mentor new hires and support team knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
