Chubb Ltd. is seeking a dedicated insurance professional in Phoenix to counsel clients and agents on coverage, identify gaps, and address inquiries and policy changes across multiple systems.

The role emphasizes teamwork, high service standards, and compliance with regulatory processes. The successful candidate will hold a Property & Casualty license (training provided if needed), possess an associate degree or equivalent experience, and bring strong client service, organization, and MS Office

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required; training provided if not held
• Associate degree or equivalent industry experience
• Experience in personal lines operations, agency, underwriting and/or marketing
• Ability to drive results and innovate in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent client service skills, including oral and written communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently in areas without defined workflows, as well as in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple priorities within strict time constraints

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients & agents on insurance needs
• Identify gaps in coverage and make recommendations
• Research, analyze and resolve client inquiries and policy changes across systems
• Collaborate effectively in a team setting with professional interpersonal skills
• Maintain performance and quality standards
• Follow corporate policies, regulatory standards (SOX), PCI procedures
• Complete assigned work and other duties as assigned
• Work a Monday–Friday shift between 8am and 8pm EST and occasional half Saturdays
