You will handle client inquiries across channels, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to a seamless, concierge-level client experience in an in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or high-touch service environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through to resolution.
• Comfortable learning insurance products, terminology, systems, and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• CRM experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for clients across phone, email, and other channels with timely, personalized service.
• Assist clients with insurance questions, coverage, claims, documentation, and general account needs; translate complex info into clear guidance.
• Research and resolve client issues by coordinating with internal teams, insurance partners, providers, and third parties as needed.
• Take ownership of client requests from inquiry through resolution with documentation and proactive follow-up.
• Build strong client relationships, identify service issues, and look for opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
