- Research and resolve client issues by coordinating with internal teams, insurance partners, providers, and other third parties as needed.
- Take ownership of client requests from initial inquiry through resolution, ensuring accurate documentation, proactive follow-up, and strong attention to detail.
- Build strong client relationships while identifying service issues, solving problems, and looking for opportunities to improve the overall client experience.

- Detail-oriented: You notice the small things and understand that accuracy matters.
- Organized: You can manage multiple client requests and priorities without losing track of follow-up items.
- Proactive: You don't wait for someone to tell you every next step—you anticipate needs and take ownership.
- A strong communicator: You can explain information clearly and professionally to clients with varying levels of familiarity with insurance.
- Calm under pressure: You are comfortable handling clients who may be frustrated, confused, or dealing with an unexpected issue.
- Collaborative: You enjoy working with others and know when to pull in additional resources to solve a problem.
