Job summary

Stand is building a scalable risk engine for global property protection. We seek a detail-oriented Client Concierge Specialist to own the service experience for our high-value policyholders and broker partners throughout the policy lifecycle.

You will coordinate inspections, policy follow-ups, renewals, and inbound needs while guiding customers through policy requirements and compliance. This high-ownership role requires problem-solving, relationship-building, and a focus on exceptional client

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-facing operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing complex follow-up workflows with multiple open cases and deadlines.
• Polished communicator with high-net-worth stakeholders and brokers.
• Reviewing customer documentation and verifying policy compliance.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to handle a full workload with minimal oversight.
• Adaptable to evolving workflows and proprietary tools.
• Property & Casualty license (CA and/or FL) required or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
