You will manage multiple streams, coordinate cross-team efforts, and maintain client relationships with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

The role emphasizes organization, ownership, and clear communication with clients and internal teams, including risk identification and timely delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4+ years of experience managing direct and digital marketing programs.
• Experience supporting insurance, financial services or another regulated industry preferred.
• 2+ years agency experience managing client relationships.
• Experience coordinating multi-team campaigns and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance and translate data into action.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day execution and coordination of client programs with proactive client communication.
• Build empathetic relationships with clients and understand their business objectives.
• Proficiency in company tools for project and account management (Asana).
• Create and manage internal timelines for projects and programs.
• Log resource hours daily in Asana and track progress.
• Schedule and facilitate client campaigns across channels; lead internal meetings.
• Oversee implementation, delivery, and scope-change impact to clients.
• Ensure quality assurance by checking deliverables against requirements.
