Job summary

Amsive is seeking an Account Manager, Customer Experience in Midtown Manhattan, NY, hybrid (1–2 days in office). You will manage a portfolio of insurance clients across digital, email, and direct‑response programs, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver results.

The role emphasizes client relationships, project discipline, and proactive communication. You will leverage tools like Asana and MS Office, ensuring accurate timelines, budgets, and profitable delivery for mid‑large agency

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience managing direct and digital marketing programs.
• Experience supporting insurance, financial services or another regulated industry preferred.
• 2+ years in an agency environment with success managing client relationships.
• Experience overseeing multi‑channel campaigns as main client contact.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication, and proactive organization.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day execution and coordination of client programs, communicating with clients and coordinating with the Account Director.
• Build relationships with clients and understand business objectives to ensure satisfaction.
• Proficiently use company tools for project and account management.
• Create and manage internal timelines for projects and programs.
• Log resource hours daily in the project management tool (Asana).
• Schedule and facilitate client campaigns across channels; run internal meetings for clarity.
• Oversee implementation, delivery, and execution with timing and budget awareness for scope changes.
• Ensure quality assurance by checking deliverables against requirements and materials.
• Maintain program documentation for a reliable source of truth.
• Support invoicing processes and maintain profitability through scope management.
• Collaborate on marketing deliverables like PowerPoints, POVs, analytics from Excel to dashboards.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and close them with the team.
